New NXT Announcer, William Regal Returns, HHH’s Pedigree

— William Regal and Jack Korpela were announcing last night’s episode of WWE NXT.

— Joey Styles says Korpela is the new lead announcer for NXT and wrote the following on Twitter: “Congratulations to @JackKorpela for being made the new lead announcer (we don’t say play by play anymore) for @WWENXT. Good job last night.”

— Also on NXT last night, Regal returned to the ring and defeated Darren Young. Matt Striker has also been in action lately and it looks like he will team with Regal to take on Young and JTG on next week’s show.

— After the Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne vs. The Great Khali and Jinder Mahal match at last night’s WWE SmackDown tapings, Triple H appeared in an off-camera segment and hit Mahal with a pair of Pedigrees. This was described as one fan in attendance as the best segment of the night.
