— The Lionsgate film, Warrior, which Kurt Angle has a small role in, opened at $1.8 million on Friday night. No word on what it did on Saturday night although the film was expected to have a $6 million opening weekend after Friday’s night’s debut. I’m pretty sure they expected a bigger opening than that.
— El Mesias sent out a challenge on Wednesday for Sting to face him at AAA’s big Heroes Immortales show on October 9th at Arena Monterrey. As noted before, Sting is headed to AAA to work with other TNA stars. AAA announced this weekend that The British Invasion will be working some events in the future.
