— For those wondering, there hasn’t been anything new on the Martha Hart lawsuit against WWE. One of the big points of the suit, that is awaiting a Judge’s decision, is whether WWE no longer has the right to advertise Owen Hart matches on DVDs featuring Owen Hart. Martha notes that WWE does own the footage, but contends that they do not have the right to advertise or feature him on packaging without the consent of his estate. Martha is also claiming that under Canadian law, her privacy was invaded due to the usage of family photos in the WWE Hart and Soul documentary.
