— Over the weekend while broadcasting on ESPN News, former WWE announcer Todd Grisham accidentally upset some people while making a reference. Grisham was talking about Texas Tech’s football win over Oklahoma and when a picture was shown of upset Sooner fans, he called it a “trail of tears.” That phrase of course refers to Native American Cherokees having their land taken from them in Georgia and sent to Oklahoma, where many died. Grisham apologized and stated that he didn’t mean to reference such a tragic event.
