— In some recent WWE trademark updates, the company recently filed for “Suntan Super Man”. It should be noted that this was R-Truth nickname in TNA. WWE has also registered a trademark for Sin Cara’s mask, in white, gold and black.

— In an update on Thursday night’s iMPACT! Wrestling rating, the show did a 1.14 (1.1) cable rating, with 1,490,000 viewers.

— Regarding original content for WWE’s network that will debut next year, a source close to the situation says to expect a lot of “hokey” non-wrestling programming. A cartoon show with Hornswoggle and Michael Cole has been discussed, among others.
