Indy Wrestler Accused Of Spreading HIV Trial Update

Andre P. Davis, an independent wrestler from Ohio who has been accused of having sexual relations with women without letting them know he is HIV Positive, will be going on trial starting next week.

The wrestler is accused of sleeping with four different individuals in Deerfield Township, Ohio and 12 women in Hamilton County, Ohio. Authorities claim that he has known he had HIV since 2009 and has refused to tell anyone he was having sex with, despite having unprotected sex with them.

Davis is facing 15 counts of felonious assault and up to 120 years in prison.
