Sarita was hospitalized Tuesday after taking a hard fall during a two out of three falls match in Mexico City, Mexico.
Sarita, who appears as Dark Angel for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre, slipped on the top rope while attempting to dive and crashed onto the hardwood floor. She was placed on a stretcher and immediately hospitalized.
Wednesday evening on Facebook, Sarita thanked her fans for their well wishes and stated that while she remains sore, she has since recovered. She says she fully intends on competing in today’s CMLL bodybuilding competition, which she has won five years in a row.
She wrote, “Gracias a todos por la buena vibra! Ando dolorida por la lucha y caida de ayer, pero estoy completa! Tengo toda intencion de presentarme manana en el concurso de fisicoconstructivismo. Espero verlos ahi, la entrada es con el boleto de las luchas de este viernes. Ustedes me inspiran, GRACIAS!”
Meanwhile, Power Slam reports she has made a full recovery from her facial paralysis.
