Tomko and his wife Michelle lost their home due to foreclosure and due to family financial problems, he was forced to sit in jail since they couldn’t raise the bond money. Tomko received an eviction notice to move out of their recently auctioned off home on the day he was arrested. Tomko had a reputation in WWE and TNA for living large.
