CM Punk will be in the corner of UFC fighter Chael Sonnen for the January 28th UFC on FOX 2 event. At that event, Chael Sonnen faces Mark Munoz. WWE gave Punk the night off from the scheduled WWE house show in Evansville that night.
This is nothing new for WWE performers, as Batista, Undertaker, Vampiro and other pro wrestlers have cornered big-name boxers including Manny Pacquiao and Erik Morales in the past.
