During today’s WWE investor’s conference call, Vince McMahon spoke about the launch of the WWE Network. While he would not commit to a launch date, he did state that the network would, “launch sometime this year. No specific date.” McMahon also noted that they are still negotiating with cable TV companies and they “want to get it right” when they launch.
Also during today’s investor’s conference call, Vince McMahon discussed the status of the “WWE Legends House” reality show project. McMahon noted that they are currently considering holding off for the WWE Network launch and shopping the show to cable TV companies. Earlier this month it was reported that the show could potentially be headed to the SyFy Network.
