— Jim Ross says in his new blog entry that he thinks The Rock and John Cena are more worried about delivering a classic match at WrestleMania 28 than they are about their paychecks. “I’d suggest Rock and Cena are much more motivated about delivering a jaw dropping finale at WM28 than they are about their paydays. Roll your eyes if you choose. Of course, each will make big money, deservedly, but the money will fade in their world but their WM28 bout will live forever.”

— The new Quinnipac University poll for the Connecticut U.S. Senate race shows Linda McMahon getting 51% of the vote, with her closest Republican primary rival Chris Shays drawing 42%. The poll also shows that Shays does better than McMahon in hypothetical general election match-ups against the top Democratic candidates.
