1. Justin Gabriel pinned Heath Slater. A really good match from these two. The crowd was super into it. Heat for Slater, shine for Gabriel. Big pop on the finish.

2. Jinder Mahal defeated Ted DiBiase via submission. Not nearly as good as the first match. We got an “Arab American” chant going to combat the USA chant. I’m sitting with a big group of “smart” fans so hopefully the mics pick us up throughout the show. Smackdown is now up next!

3. Kofi Kingston pinned Dolph Ziggler (with Vickie Guerrero) in a great back-and-forth 15-minute match.
