— A rare 1908 wrestling film featuring George Hackenschmidt was discovered in the New Zealand Film Archive. The film had deteriorated with age and there has been movement toward getting it restored and transferred to a new print. It is believed to be the oldest-known footage of Hackenschmidt.

— The Guyana tour by Wrestle-Rama during WrestleMania weekend drew between 4,000 – 5,000 people per night. It included appearances by Luke Gallows, Viscera, Butterbean, Shawn Daivari, Paul London, Gaik Kim, Winter, Sara del Rey, Tom Howard, Raven, Sylvester Terkay, Shad Gaspard, Mike Knox, Cliff Compton and Bill Goldberg, the latter in a non-wrestling appearance. It was put together by Gallows and Rick Bassman and there are plans for return tours, with the hopes that making good on the promise of legit stars this time will result in higher attendance next time. The market has been burned before with false advertising and scam shows, leading to a portion of the audience disbelieving that former WWE stars were actually coming in.
— The Amazing Red and Brian XL’s House of Glory wrestling school are having their first live event in Ridgewood, New York on May 5th. The show will include Brian Kendrick vs. Amazing Red, Jay Lethal vs. Brian XL, The Young Bucks vs. Azrieal & Bandido Jr. and Quiet Storm vs. Ricky Reyes.
