The decision to release WWE Tough Enough winner Andy Leavine was made nearly a month ago and was done so because he simply wasn’t making improvements in the ring.
Both “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and Bill DeMott have posted on Twitter about the release of Andy Leavine.
Austin wrote: “Big Andy won Tough Enough. All day long and twice on Sunday. Thanks for your passion and opinions. Like it or not…He won. End of story.”
Bill DeMott wrote: “My hope is andy continues to follow his course and get some well needed experience. I like Andy and wish him much success. Just because you win doesnt mean you make it-daniel puder!”
Former WWE Tough Enough contestant AJ Kirsch posted a video of himself meeting Austin and DeMott at the Cauliflower Alley Club. He said he had “good” conversations with both and is “okay” with them. He said he will have more to say, especially with Leavine released:
