— Here is the latest on the lawsuit that former TNA star Daffney had filed against TNA. Daffney filed suit against the company due to injuries suffered while working for the promotion. There are plans for depositions to be held next month and the case is said to be making its way through the legal process. Recently an attorney that represents TNA in Texas had requested he be allowed to represent the company in TN, where TNA is based and the lawsuit is filed. The court had turned down that request.
