On Friday night, WWE Diva Rosa Mendes was reportedly involved in a car wreck in Las Vegas. A car traveling “almost 50 MPH” struck Rosa’s car while she was at a stoplight. As many as six cars were apparently involved in the wreck.
Mendes was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Earlier this week, Mendes noted on her Twitter account that she was in Vegas to prepare for next week’s international tour: “Back to Las Vegas for some mega #DivaDuty before my trip to Brazil. Prepping for my match with @RealKellyKelly!!! Watch out Pretty Girl!!!”
UPDATE: WWE reports that Rosa Mendes has been released from the hospital late last night. She suffered serious whiplash, but no other major injuries were reported.
