TNA Re-Signs X-Division Champion Austin Aries

TNA has re-signed current X-Division Champion Austin Aries to a new contract. Aries posted the following on Twitter about the new deal…

“Amidst their recent signings, I’m happy to say I’ve also re-signed with TNA. I’m excited for this next year, and see #GREAT things ahead.”

Dixie Carter tweeted that Aries “is having a stellar year” and also added that she was, “Very proud to have just re-signed him. Very proud of him.”

This comes on the heels of TNA recently re-signing Earl Hebner and Gunner to new deals as well.

Heber tweeted the following: “I signed with TNA for 2013. This is home for me. When I leave, my ref shirt and boots will be hanging on TNA ring ropes.”

Gunner tweeted the following: “Proud to say I’ve signed 3 more years with Impact wrestling aka TNA! I will make the most out of this! World Champion? Oneday, ya damn rite”
