— WWE will release their film No Holds Barred on DVD on July 3. The movie stars Hulk Hogan and Zeus (Tiny Lister). WWE has been promoting the film with inserts in some Wrestlemania 28 DVDs. It was originally released in 1989. Other wrestling personalities to appear in the film include Jesse Ventura, Gene Okerlund, Howard Finkel, Bill Eadie of Demolition fame, Stan Hansen, Jeep Swenson, Pete Doherty, Jos Le Duc, and more.
— According to Puroresu Spirit, Davey Richards will be unable to compete in the NJPW Best of the Super Juniors Tournament. He is out of the tournament due to the injuries that he sustained from a recent car accident. Doctors have stated that it would be difficult for him to compete in lengthy single matches, let alone a full tour of them back to back. New Japan announced that they will be naming a replacement soon.
