— As noted earlier, WWE today announced the appointment of Casey Collins as Executive Vice President, Consumer Products. Collins will oversee WWE Global Licensing, Home Entertainment and Publishing. He will report directly to WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon. Collins previously reigned as Director of Worldwide Licensing & Motorsports at World Championship Wrestling, where he built and managed the organization’s worldwide consumer products program. He also held positions at MGA Entertainment and Lucasfilm.

— Brock Lesnar’s real-life wife, Rena “Sable” Mero , has joined Twitter. Her handle is @RealSable.

* July 23 in St. Louis – WWE recognizes 1,000 episodes and shifts to three hours with a DX (Triple H & Shawn Michaels) reunion, other top stars making surprise returns including a Brock Lesnar appearance.

* July 30 in Cincinnati, Ohio – Randy Orton returning from suspension, Triple H advertised.

* August 6 in San Antonio, Texas – DX reunion in Michaels’s hometown.

* Aug. 13 in Dallas, Texas – Triple H, Brock Lesnar advertised for Summerslam lead-in.

* Aug. 20 in Fresno, California – Triple H advertised, Lesnar not advertised for Summerslam fall-out.
