— According to a source, there will be no Urban Wrestling Federation PPV. This is because the promotion’s six PPV deal with InDemand has expired. The initial PPV run was always planned as a six part series, including the cliffhanger ending of “Steve The Hustler” leaving town. This is not the end of the promotion as they are actively working on deals on several fronts. The company should be making some announcements in the coming weeks.
— Damien Demento turns 54 years old today. Demento was in the main event of the first episode of WWF’s Monday Night RAW, losing to the Undertaker.
— Lilian Garcia appeared at the 10th Annual LOPen Charity Golf and Concert. Garcia was there to help the charity and posted on Twitter that the event raised over $100,000 for Ohio’s Akron Children Hospital. WWE donated $14,000 for the cause.
— Kelly Kelly and Eve are both advertised for tonight’s WWE RAW. Kelly has been on hiatus from the company, while Eve had some time off to film Stars Earn Stripes for NBC.
