— Former WWE star The Boogeyman (Marty Wright) is currently taking independent bookings. — The Puroseau Spirit Facebook page has released the lineup for the New Japan Pro Wrestling “Last Rebellion” event on July 29, which features several former WWE stars. The card is leading into the G1-Climax tournament. Matches include MVP & Shelton Benjamin, Karl “Machine Gun” Anderson and CMLL’s Rush vs Team Lance Archer (Lance Hoyt) in an eight-man tag match. Low Ki will defend the IWGP Jr Heavyweight title against Kota Ibushi.

— As noted yesterday here on the website, Juggalo Championship Wrestling announced that Ric Flair will be at the annual Gathering of the Juggalos next month in Cave-in-Rock, Illinois. Flair was released from TNA last month and will be the headliner of the wrestling portion. JCW made the announcement during their final iPPV last weekend.

— As noted late last night here on the website, Sonjay Dutt reportedly separated his shoulder during Ultimate X at Destination X. Dixie Carter revealed the news via Twitter, noting that Dutt will be out for “several weeks.” Dutt left the match briefly, got his shoulder popped back into place and then rejoined the match. Dutt tweeted after the match: I’m good y’all.
