TribLive.com is reporting that The Great Khali underwent surgery at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh to get a tumor removed from his pituitary gland yesterday. The tumor could have led to acromegaly, which Andre the Giant had and can be fatal if not treated. The procedure was performed by Joseph Maroon, who is WWE’s medical director.
On behalf of all of us here on the website, best wishes to Khali for a quick recovery.
