— Wade Barrett is being advertised for a World Title match on an upcoming Smackdown house show. Barrett will face Alberto Del Rio and Sheamus in a triple threat match in Reno on October 8th.

— As noted earlier, Terry Crews, who has recently starred in both Expendables films and HBO’s The Newsroom, says he’s in talks with WWE. Crews wrote on Reddit, “I’m talking to the WWE about doing some things. I love the energy and excitement and the live component. It’s theater on a grand scale!” Crews appeared in Get Smart with the Rock and is on Stars Earn Stripes with Eve Torres.
