— WWE has received coverage from such mainstream entertainment outlets as Variety, The Hollywood Reporter and more in regard to its partnership with The Rolling Stones to distribute their December 15th Newark, NJ concert on PPV.
— Linda McMahon has amended disclosure forms relating to her ownership interest in the travel agency “Travel Strategies.” The company was dissolved in 2008, but her campaign decided that it should disclose her former involvement in the company. Most of its clients were WWE wrestlers traveling to shows as independent contractors and it peaked in revenue with $60 million in 1999.
Linda sold the company in 2000 after WWE went public but remained the president, director, and sole stockholder.
— CZW and EVOLVE will be holding a double-show event on December 8th in Voorhees, New Jersey. EVOLVE will go first with its show starting at 4 PM and preceding CZW’s annual Cage of Death Show. The events have plans to be aired on iPPV via both both Hybrident.tv and WWNLive.com.
