The show ranked #2 on cable for the night behind The O’Reilly Factor on FOX News, and hit #1 in all key male demographics and adults 18 – 49. The reason for the overall decline was a drop in adults 18 – 49 and males 18 – 49. It was, however, also down in males 12 – 34 and teen males.
