— WWE announced Wednesday that Rey Mysterio has been removed from SmackDown’s upcoming live tour of Egypt due to an illness. WWE SmackDown Superstar Ted DiBiase will be added to the tour in his place.
— Several WWE superstars did charity work in Memphis before the SmackDown taping. Cody Rhodes granted a wish through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Kofi Kingston, R-Truth and Alicia Fox held a “be a STAR” anti-bullying rally at Fairview Middle School.
— Tamina is currently out of action with an injury. Her last televised match was the Divas Battle Royal on the August 20th episode of RAW. While not confirmed, there is speculation that she suffered some sort of back injury. More as we get it.
