— The Chicago Tribune reports that Shane McMahon’s China-based YOU On Demand company has signed a new licensing agreement with NBC Universal to deliver their collection of films through on-demand outlets in China. NBC Universal joins Warner Bros., Disney, and Paramount as companies that have signed agreements with McMahon’s company. The company is aiming to be the “dominant pay-per-view platform in China,” and is projected to reach 11 million homes in the country by year-end.

— Former WWE performer Shelly Martinez defeated Tommy Purr in a Gown vs. Tuxedo match last Friday at a Donkey Show event at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, to capture the Freakshow Diva Championship.
