WWE SmackDown ring announcer Lilian Garcia participated in WWE.com’s Live Chat for Survivor Series Sunday night and said she has not returned to shows after being struck by a car Oct. 27 in Los Angeles, California, because doctors are prohibiting her from flying at this time. She does not know when she will return to events as she is still rehabbing her neck and back.
Garcia also said she was flattered by WWE Champion CM Punk remarking at THQ’s WWE ’13 roster reveal at SummerSlam Axxess in August that he would induct her into the WWE Hall of Fame next year—leading Jim Ross to immediately snark that the induction could take place “at the Marriott.”
“I will never forget CM Punk recently saying that he feels I will eventually be a Hall of Famer. That was a very big compliment! Hope it comes true!!” she said.
