WWE will present Monday Night RAW (taped this afternoon) tonight from Birmingham, England. Here is what’s on tap for the show…

* Suspended referee Brad Maddox will speak about his actions at Hell in a Cell. This is expected to open the show.

* The A.J. Lee “scandal” storyline continues. The angle has included both John Cena and Dolph Ziggler, and both men have been wrestling on the European tour.

* The show will continue promoting the five-on-five Survivor Series main event captained by Punk and Mick Foley.

* Advertised locally for the live crowd (dark match) in Birmingham is a WWE Title match of C.M. Punk vs. John Cena.
