In regards to how the talent relations department is now operating within WWE, Triple H is now nearly in full control after a variety of changes were made in recent months according to sources. Gerald Brisco is the main scout, while Triple H and his team decide on who to offer developmental deals to.
Thus far the changes have been described as being “handled far better in the last year” when it comes to who has been brought in after Triple H took over for John Laurinaitis this year. Where things stand in terms of improvements to the roster down the line remains to be seen.
