SD Dark Match, Ryback vs. CM Punk On RAW?, Del Rio

— The dark match main event of last night’s SmackDown taping in Richmond, VA saw Sheamus and Big Show fight to a no contest.

– It was announced at the RAW tapings on Saturday night (for the show airing tonight) that World Heavyweight Champion The Big Show would wrestle Alberto Del Rio on this Friday’s SmackDown. As noted last night, the match never took place and Del Rio did not appear on the show.

— CM Punk is still scheduled to face Ryback in a TLC match on the January 7th edition of WWE RAW. At this time, there is concern over Punk’s surgically repaired knee and whether he will actually be medically cleared to participate in the match that night. On this week’s edition of WWE Main Event, WWE is expected to reveal whether or not Punk will be in the match. There will be an announcement on RAW tonight regarding what will happen if Punk can’t compete.
