Kurt Angle’s Wife Gives Birth – Details Inside

TNA President Dixie Carter posted to her Twitter account Monday night that Kurt and his wife Giovanna’s daughter was born. On behalf of all of us here on the website, congratulations to Kurt and Giovanna: Here is Dixie’s tweet:

Congrats to @RealKurtAngle & Giovanna on the birth of their daughter tonight at 9:40et. Welcome beautiful Sofia to the TNA family! So proud!

This is part of the reason Kurt was kept off the weekend TNA live events in Poughkeepsie and Albany, New York. Angle is also trying to heal from a torn groin he suffered at the Final Resolution PPV. Kurt recently said on Twitter that he would need “a few weeks” in order to heal up.

Angle had initially stated he would work through the groin injury, but that has now changed.
