Update: CM Punk Off Weekend RAW Live Events

— As noted earlier today here on the website, CM Punk did not wrestle at last night’s 3/15 WWE event in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Punk made an appearance before the main event along with Paul Heyman cutting a promo about his match with The Undertaker at Wrestlemania holding an urn. Punk is suffering from an arm injury that we reported on earlier this week when medical staff was spotted checking on him during the RAW main event. It isn’t serious enough to where he would miss his match at Wrestlemania, but they are keeping him out of the ring for the time being.

UPDATE: CM Punk is not scheduled to be at the RAW house shows tonight or tomorrow. WWE has given him time off to recover from an injury that occurred on RAW. The injury is said not to be serious and it will not cause an issue with his WrestleMania 29 match with The Undertaker. He did appear at last night’s WWE house show, but only did an interview segment.

— Lanny Poffo recently got a role in the TV show I (Almost) Got Away With It. He played a K-9 cop in the episode, which will air later this year on Investigation Discovery.
