WWE has announced that Gerrit Meier has been hired as the new Executive VP of International. Meier replaces Andrew Whittaker, who left WWE last year, and will report directly to Vince McMahon.
Meier has previously worked for Spotify, Clear Channel, and Bertelsmann; his job responsibilities entail “growing WWE’s brand and business outside of the U.S. with the primary focus on expanding the company’s international television distribution agreements.”
