Thanks to Ranjit Chahal for his help with some of the following newsbits:
— DX is replacing John Cena at a couple of upcoming live events. The company is doing that to satisfy fans who were hoping to see the WWE Heavyweight Champion in action. Shawn Michaels revealed that he will not be replacing him in the ring, however. The Heartbreak Kid is simply accompanying the New Age Outlaws to the ring for their matches.
— With CM Punk not going to Europe with the rest of the crew, WWE has decided to stack the card up as much as possible for the fans. Aside from bringing The Undertaker along, the company has also decided to add Billy Gunn and Road Dogg to the tour. The former DX members are working against Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow throughout the European tour.
— You can email me (Ryan Clark) at Webmaster@ProWrestlingSCOOPS.com. If you’ve got a newsbit please pass it along. We’ll try to confirm it and then post it here on the website with credit to you.
— There are also rumors floating around that CM Punk is not expected to make his return until SummerSlam. However, those appear to be false. Aside from not having a suitable replacement, WWE already has the Straight Edge Superstar booked for the tour of Japan and Australia in July. He’s also advertised for an episode of Monday Night RAW in May. Of course, the advertising can always change.
