According to the Sun Herald newspaper, Jack Swagger (Jake Hager) is set for trial on June 25 related to his February arrest for driving under the influence, speeding, and possession of marijuana. WWE has yet to formally address the arrest, which happened on February 19th following a Smackdown TV taping in Biloxi, Mississippi.
The Sun Herald states that the Gulfport Municipal Court typically requires defendants in DUI cases to appear in court. Potential fines include $437.25 for marijuana possession, $188 for driving 10 MPH over the speed limit, and $1,300 for driving impaired on a first DUI offense. The article also notes that prosecutor will seek a maximum sentence in this case, which is two days in jail for first-time offenders and completion of victim-impact classes.
