Update: Triple H, John Cena & Others Set For SmackDown

It was announced during the post-WrestleMania 29 edition of WWE RAW in East Rutherford, New Jersey that Triple H will be appearing on this coming Friday’s edition of WWE Smackdown. HHH’s appearance scheduled for this week’s SmackDown was confirmed via a graphic after a commercial in the third hour of RAW. Michael Cole announced that “The Game” would have plenty to say following his tough-fought victory over Brock Lesnar at Sunday’s WrestleMania 29 pay-per-view.

As noted earlier, John Cena posted the following to Twitter today, confirming that he will be at SmackDown with some star-powered guests:

“Time for The NEW @WWE Champ to come home… Boston. @Mark_Wahlberg & @BenAffleck be my guests. Tomorrow night @tdgarden. #SmackDown”
