WWE Extreme Rules Main Event?, HOF Airing Tonight, Colter

— The early word is that Ryback vs. John Cena for the WWE Title will headline the Extreme Rules pay-per-view on Sunday, May 19th. This is due to The Rock not being cleared to return after suffering a legitimate injury (torn abductor and abdominal muscles) at WrestleMania 29. The original plan was to do a John Cena vs. The Rock “grudge match” at Extreme Rules.

— As a reminder, the 2013 WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony will air tonight on the USA Network. The show will air from 10PM EST to 11:15PM EST and will feature highlights and clips from each Hall of Famer. Bob Backlund, Donald Trump, Trish Stratus, Mick Foley, Booker T and Bruno Sammartino will all be featured but their speeches will be edited down big time.

— Zeb Colter tweeted the following regarding Dolph Ziggler’s World Heavyweight Title win on RAW last night:

“Congrats to Dolph Ziggler who cherry picked Del Rio…and took the title. The only saving grace is that an American now has the title. Si!!”

“Del Rio knew that Ziggler had the MONEY IN THE BANK shot. He lost to an American…fairly. Ziggler beware. Now it gets interesting.”

“Congrats Ziggler, just like you, we’ve used the MitB too. Just remember the target is on YOUR back now, I’d be weary of Big Urkle and Psycho”
