— TNA is expecting a solid attendance for tonight’s iMPACT! in Tampa. Hulk Hogan has done quite a bit of publicity in the town over the last few days and it has given the company a lot of coverage.
— Shark Boy is backstage at Impact and is expected to work tonight’s taping. It is possible (though not confirmed) that he may be playing Suicide, though it could also be Christopher Daniels and Kazarian, who have both portrayed the character. It’s also rumored he’ll be James Storm’s tag-team partner.
— Gunner is also backstage and will work tonight’s show. He has only been used on-and-off in the past few months.
— Tonight on iMPACT! Wrestling, it will be revealed whether TNA Wrestling cornerstone AJ Styles has turned his back on the company and the fans. The Aces and Eights have announced that on the show, they will hold a “Patching In” ceremony to officially welcome Styles intoto the gang.
TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter posted a message on Twitter hyping the show, and hopes Styles will come to his senses. She wrote, “In Tampa for our 1st TNA Show EVER in that great city. #ImpactLIVE! going to be big tonight. @AJStylesOrg needs to make the right choice.”
