July 4 in Ryogoku (Sumo Hall):
* WWE Champion John Cena vs. Ryback for the WWE Title
* WWE Tag-Team Champions Kane & Daniel Bryan vs. The Shield for the WWE Tag Titles
* Sheamus vs. Mark Henry

July 5 in Ryogoku (Sumo Hall):
* John Cena & Sheamus vs. Ryback & Mark Henry in a special tag match
* Other announced talent: U.S. champion Kofi Kingston, The Miz, IC champion Wade Barrett, Antonio Cesaro, Yoshi Tatsu returning to his home country, Zack Ryder, Primo & Epico, Natalya, and Aksana.
