According to MMAScoops.com, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has signed with Bellator Fighting Championships. A source close to the deal states that the deal is similar to the one King Mo signed last year. That contract gave Mo the chance to also be a part of TNA iMPACT! Wrestling, which also airs on Spike TV.
Jackson has flirted with the idea of pursuing a pro wrestling career in the past, as he is a big fan. Add in the fact that TNA has been teasing the signing of a “big” star, and Rampage could be that man. TNA is saying that “more on the big signing” will be revealed on this week’s TNA iMPACT! broadcast so the timing of this makes it seem like this could be the person Dixie Carter has been talking about. At this time, Rampage is expected to debut in the fall for Bellator.
More as we get it.
