VIDEO: Matt Hardy Calls Out Jay Briscoe

ROH has released a video of Matt Hardy coming out to cut a promo on the entire Briscoe family after the end of this weekend’s Best in the World iPPV for Ring of Honor Wrestling. Hardy beat former ROH world champion Kevin Steen earlier in the night. He’s set to face Jay Briscoe for the title at a later date.
