In this WWE.com video, John “Bradshaw” Layfield reveals that he has a major announcement planned for when he reaches the summit of Mount Blanc—which he begins climbing on Sunday.
“The Seven Summits quest continues,” said Layfield. “This Sunday, I’m going to Switzerland to climb Mount Blanc, the highest mountain in the Alps, not actually the highest mountain in Europe, so I’m using this as practice for the big one coming up in few years, Mount Everest. All money raised goes to help at-risk kids at SevenSummitsForKids.com. Thanks to WWE, 100% of that money will go to help those kids.”
He continues, “I’m not only going to planting a WWE flag at the Summit, I also have quite the announcement I plan to make at the top of the Alps.”
