Backstage Update – Rob Van Dam’s WWE Contract

Due to the structure of his contract, Rob Van Dam is scheduled to take some time off soon. RVD’s contract is set up so that he works in 90-day blocks, and then gets some time off before his next 90-day block of dates.

There is currently no word on how long his time off will be. RVD is expected to take tome off in late October, following WWE running the Battleground and Hell in a Cell PPVs.

We’ll keep you posted as we hear more.
