Backstage Update – TNA’s Current Financial Situation

There is still a high level of concern backstage over TNA’s long-term future. Many have been comparing things to original ECW in its dying days. Many employees, especially on the production side, are still waiting to be paid for past work.

Many questions were raised last week when Dixie Carter missed the iMPACT! Wrestling tapings to attend a college football game.

It should be noted that TNA’s main financial backer – Panda Energy – still has billions but they are now putting TNA on a very strict budget. That is the reason for the current re-structuring of the company.
