Gunner Miller, a star player for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, is reportedly receiving a WWE tryout that was brokered by Gerald Brisco. The Times Free Press reports that Miller was set for a tryout this month but that he received a football injury causing the tryout to be pushed back until he was healthy.
Miller said of the tryout, “I’ve got to get cleared, send them my paperwork and then they’ll bring me in around the beginning of June. I’ll go down there for about three to five days and they’ll see what I’ve got, and hopefully sign a contract down there.”
