George Scott, who booked for Mid-Atlantic Wrestling, the WWF, the early era of WCW and World Class Championship Wrestling, passed away yesterday at the age of 85. Scott was born in Scotland, and made his in ring debut when he was 17 years old. Scott worked the Carolinas, and was also a top draw for Stu Hart’s Stampede Wrestling in the 1950s.
