The lawsuit against WWE from Landmark Technology has been dismissed as of January 2. Landmark previously claimed that WWE used programming on their online story that was infringing on their patented software.
The two parties had mediation in late October 2013 which led to the lawsuit being pulled. The judge ruled that each side would cover their own legal costs and the case was dismissed with prejudice. This means that Landmark cannot sue WWE over this again.
