As previously reported, Dolph Ziggler suffered a concussion during his Superstars match with Ryback. The concussion is said to be serious, and not just a mild injury.

At this time, there is said to be a lot of heat on Ryback, due to there being complaints that he is reckless in the ring. It has also been said that this is another reason that his pushes have been cut off over the years.
