Help to create and distribute Talent schedules, calendars, appearance requests, and related correspondence/materials
Serve as contact person for show line-ups and Referee assignments
Assist with the management of Extras including Temp paperwork
Serve as contact person for IP releases and physicals for Legends and special guests
Assist with on-site projects like Aegis testing, ImPact testing, press conferences, B2B meet and greets, etc.
Serve as contact person for Talent for the TV Production Truck
Manage Talent on-site activity at WWE events as directed
Develop and maintain an understanding of WWE’s various functional teams in order to best serve their inquiries and requests
